1. Who can use Linger
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. Linger is for finding platonic friends — not for dating, business networking, or commercial use.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for any activity that happens through it. Don't share your account or impersonate anyone else.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you post. You grant Linger a license to display it as part of the service.
4. Behavior we don't tolerate
Harassment, hate speech, sexual content, solicitation, spam, scams, or any form of illegal activity. We may suspend or remove accounts at our discretion. See our Community Guidelines for the full list.
5. Subscriptions
Linger+ is billed in advance and renews automatically. Cancel anytime in your phone's subscription settings. Refunds are handled per Apple/Google policy.
6. Liability
Linger is a tool to help you meet people — we don't background-check users. Use the same caution you would meeting anyone new. We're not liable for what happens off-platform.
7. Changes
We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
